FAQs
How do you choose your books?
Our main requirement is it has to be a book TJ and I (Sarah) could not put down. We read tons of books every month and pick our favorites for the box. The books in our boxes are the ones we devoured and think you'll enjoy too.
Are your books special editions?
Many publishers require minimums of 5,000 in order to provide special editions. We are no where near that many subscribers, so, for now, we offer Tier 2 and 3 exclusive book art and we partner with different artists to design incredible book art that is only for our box. It is approved by the publisher and author before it goes to you, which is also pretty cool!
Are all your books signed?
We work diligently with publishers and authors to try and get as many books signed as we can. In our debut box (July 2023) one book was signed, in October 2023, 2 books were signed and in January/ April 2024, all 6 were signed. We hope to continue to have all books signed, but it's subject to the publishers and authors permissions/ availability.
How often am I billed?
The subscriptions are billed once every three months because our box is a quarterly box.
When are your boxes shipped?
Our boxes are shipped at the end of each ship out month. Ship out months are on a quarterly basis. Right now that is April, July, and October 2024.
Where do you ship from/ to?
We ship from Lynchburg, VA and currently ship to the US but hope to expand to international markets soon!
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns at this time. When you purchase or subscribe you know what you are buying. However, you do have the ability to pause or cancel your subscription. And if anything is missing or broken in your shipment, please reach out. We aren't Amazon and we don't have their money but we will certainly do our best to make it right and take care of you!
What if I need to pause or cancel my membership?
You have complete control to pause or cancel your membership at anytime. We recommend pausing if you think you'll be back to lock in all your preferences. Just click the person icon in the top right to login and manage.
